Yes. MPI fabricates Type I (grease) and Type II (heat/steam) exhaust hoods to your dimensions and code requirements. Lab listing coordination is on the GC side.
Do you do polished stainless for back-bar and prep areas?
Yes. We fabricate 304 and 316 stainless in #4 brushed and mirror finishes for back-bar, prep, and serving applications.
